John was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer questions we had. The food was phenomenal. We have now decided this one of our favorite restaurants. “ Petars was recommended no, insisted to me by a friend who is a serious foodie. We then had dinner here not once but twice in my 4 day stay. Both times the food and service were amazing. I had had some okay meals in Bonita, and I had some very terrible and overpriced meals in Bonita Springs and Naples. Petras blew them all away and redeemed Bonita Springs dining scene which is pretty damn lame. Id recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Food is fresh and delicious ... and nothing gets out of the kitchen without Chef Petars personal stamp of approval. Go there. Youll love it. 1000 times better than a tourist trap like Coconut Jacks ”

Delicious gazpacho was followed by a great lasagna served bubbling hot. We were at a table of six, and all of us enjoyed our dinners. “ Enjoyed! Food, service, all excellent. Large groupfood came out all at once. Everyone liked their food. ONLY WINE AND BEER. This was a little toughalmost everyone wanted a martini, so that was a no go. Keep that in mind. Otherwise all good! We sat outside. Inside had a nice big bar looking at the open kitchen. Small inside, so I would def recommend a reservation. In a strip mall. Small menu, but varied enough to please all. Daily specials also. We did have very good service. ”

“ If you have not tried Petars you must . Great food, friendly service, and lots of room with their new renovation complete. We started with the watermelon salad and ceviche shrimp. Both very good. Mains were the Black Cod over a corn ragout and the chicken and old staple. Both were fantastic. Well balanced and proportioned correctly. We finished with a Pavlova which was light and fruity. So glad this Bonita Speings gem is back!!!! ”
“ We were looking for a brunch spot, and this place came up in our search. We did not expect much since it was a part of a shopping mall. Small spot open kitchen for you to see the cooks. We ended up sitting outside. Let me tell you, it was some of the best food we had that week. What blew our minds even more than the food was the amazing service. Im talking 5 star service. The waiter anticipated our every need and was on it. I had the wagyu burger, with bacon and cheese. So juicy and flavorful! I would come back just for that. Table side French press coffee was a 10! A must try if you are in the area. ”
